Turtle Power v1.01

Adds or removes health from units depending on how long they've
been alive. Global variables and it affects all units. Only affects
health and isn't terribly advanced... still, Turtle Power!

A Halo will appear over your commanders head once they reach 666
kills. Can be modified using a simple array.

Rank icons will appear over the heads of units as they reach their
bp set ranks. Can be modified with a simple array, makes use of
5 British military icons representing each rank.

| Temptation (Aeon) |

No texture (at all). Could do with balancing, build pics, collision
scaling and new weapon effects. Not happy with the bubble mesh.
Switchable weapon test.

No larger image, no texture and model doesn't really work. Supposed
to be a cross with UEF/Cybran but never came out right. Bit of a
waste just deleting it. Needs a lot of work.
